Multi head machine maintenance

Keeping the machine oiled and clean will prolong the lifespan of the machine. Please always keep machine free of lint by blowing with compressed air.

USE ONLY CLEAR SEWING MACHINE OIL, DO NOT USE SPRAY LUBE OR OTHER LUBE. USING OTHER OIL/LUBE MAY RESULT IN IRREVERSABLE DAMAGE.

DO NOT USE TOO MUCH OIL, ONE DROP GOES A LONG WAY. TOO MUCH OIL WILL CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF THE FABRIC.

We recommend Lily White sewing machine oil from Albachem

Once every 4-6hrs of continuous operation:

A. One drop only at both holes on the sewing arm:

B . One drop - Bobbin casing

Please blow out the bobbin area periodically to ensure there is no lint build up at the bobbin area with an air compressor or compressed air can.

Monthly maintenance

A. Squirt - Machine head rear

Behind every head there is a small metal cover, slide the cover open and insert the oil bottle head all the way in and give it a quick squirt.

B. One drop of oil on every needle stalk, this will prevent rust from forming.

C. One drop of oil in all the holes on the front panel.

During the monthly maintenance, it is recommended that you clean the machine ensuring it is free of any lint buildup.
